East Liverpool Medical Practice Adds Acupuncture
Joseph DiDomenico (pictured), a physician who has operated the East Liverpool office of Ohio Sports & Spine for more than 25 years, says the practice is adding acupuncture and nerve-testing services. “Acupuncture services are becoming popular for treating many kinds of pain, and we are pleased that the U.S. Veterans Administration and Medicaid now cover acupuncture treatment in many situations,” DiDomenico says. Andrew Hospodar, a chiropractic physician and licensed acupuncturist, began seeing patients Aug. 31. Joseph Cerimele, a physician with expertise in electromyography, will provide EMG nerve and muscle exams starting this month.
