Eastwood Mall Complex to Add 3 Tenants
NILES, Ohio – Three new businesses are expected to move into the Eastwood Mall Complex by summer, including one relocating from elsewhere on the U.S. Route 422 Strip.
The mall complex is operated by the Cafaro Co., which is headquartered there.
Torrid, a trendy plus-size clothing outlet, will move into the former Radio Shack space in the mall’s JCPenney concourse, between Pacific Swimwear and Express. Founded in 2001, there are now more than 400 Torrid stores in 36 states.
The retailer features everything from casual party-ready dresses, shirts, pants, jeans, skirts, outerwear, shorts, intimate apparel, footwear, accessories and beauty products.
Sport Clips, a sports-themed hair-care franchise catering to men and boys, will open in Howland Commons between Chuck E. Cheese and Five Below. The chain has locations in all 50 states and more than 1,500 in the United States and Canada.
Mizu, which offers authentic Japanese cuisine, will move from its current Niles location to the 5,900-square-foot building formerly occupied by Longhorn Steakhouse, near Pep Boys.
The restaurant offers an array of Japanese dishes ranging from traditional entrees to sushi, sashimi, hibachi creations, tempura, katsu and bento boxes. Both dine-in and take-out will be offered.
