Elite Image Barbershop Opens in Parkside Professional Center

BOARDMAN, Ohio – Elite Image Barbershop has opened at 993 Boardman-Canfield Road, in the Parkside Professional Center.

The business, owned by Frankie Serrano, is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Monday. It offers a full range of haircuts and shaves for adults and children.

Serrano has been a professional barber since 2015. This is the first shop he has operated under his own name.

“We pay attention to detail and make sure everyone gets a high-quality service, as well as a great experience,” he said.

Serrano and barber Bob Johnson work at the shop, which has room for a third barber.
