Escape NE Ohio Opens in Downtown Warren

WARREN, Ohio — Escape NE Ohio, an immersive “beat-the-clock experience,” has opened its doors at 200 Chestnut Ave. NE, bringing the trendy game to downtown Warren.

Participants enter a themed room that contains a series of puzzles and challenges to achieve a common goal within a one-hour time limit, says co-owner Babette Sisler. “Patrons don’t escape the room; the room is the escape. It is a chance for everyone to unplug from technology and reconnect with friends, family and colleagues.”

Escape NE Ohio has two games available, “Murder!” and “Captain’s Quarters.”

“You walk into an office lobby and are transported to an English sitting room or a pirate ship. It sparks the kid in everyone,” Sisler says.

A third game will be added later this year after a vote on Escape NE Ohio’s Facebook page ends July 31. The two themes are “Egyptian Tomb: Ra’s Revenge” or “The Great Candy Caper.”

Escape NE Ohio rooms can be booked for parties or team-building exercises for business. To book a room, email or call 234 600 5408. For more information, visit
