Eye Care Facility in Calcutta Sold Again
CALCUTTA, Ohio – A Lee Eye Center facility at 49126 Calcutta Smith Ferry Road changed hands for a second time in six months.
Records from the Columbiana County auditor’s office show the building on 1 acre of property sold Tuesday for $777,850 to KREJUP OH LLC. A company listed as KRE-JUP-OH LLC registered with the Secretary of State of Ohio on March 1, 2023. The purpose of the business is listed as a provider of IT consulting services.
The facility was previously sold in early November to Terravet Eye Calcutta LLC for $737,429, along with another Lee Eye Center in Boardman.
