F.N.B. Declares Cash Dividend of 12 Cents
PITTSBURGH – F.N.B. Corp., the parent company of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, has declared a 12-cent cash dividend on its common stock.
The dividend is payable Sept. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 4.
In July, the bank reported net income of $93.2 million and assets of $33.093 billion.
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, First National Bank has 380 branches in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina.
