Fairbanks Joins DCW as Benefits Account Manager
Erin Fairbanks has joined DCW Group as an Employee Benefits Account Manager. She comes to the Boardman-based company after a long career with Callos Resource LLC in Youngstown. Fairbanks has 16 years experience in human resources and employee benefit relations. She will be responsible for serving a growing client base in the three-county region. Fairbanks received her degree from Youngstown State University and resides in Canfield with her husband and two children.
