Fairfield Inn in Austintown Sells for $2.6 Million

AUSTINTOWN – The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott has been sold by Bholenath Inc. to Austintown Hotel LLC. The new owner paid $2.6 million for the 20-year-old hotel, according to public records.

The hotel, located on North Canfield Niles Road near the intersection with I-80, is close to Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course as well as restaurants and automotive companies.

With 27 suites and 48 guest rooms, the 42,488 square-foot hotel was built in 2002 and sits on a 3.21 acre lot. Hotel amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, meeting space, convenience store and free, high-speed Wifi.

Austintown Hotel LLC registered with the Ohio secretary of state’s office in July. Its statutory agent is the Columbus law office of Klausman Law LTD.

The three-story hospitality property has been owned by Bholenath Inc. since the hotel was built.
