Farmers Announces Market Presidents, Commercial and Credit Officers
CANFIELD, Ohio – Farmers National Banc Corp. announced Tuesday the addition of market presidents and changes to its credit and commercial lending teams. These additions to the bank’s leadership were prompted by Farmers’ growth and expansion in to new markets, the company said.
Bill Shivers, who joined Farmers in April 2022 as regional president, will assume the role of chief commercial lending officer. In his new role, Shivers will oversee the commercial lending team throughout the entire Farmers footprint.
Farmers has also named the following market presidents: Andrew Estock as market president of Southern Mahoning Valley, Michael Mudrak as market psident of Cleveland, Dallas Robinson as market president of Western Ohio, and Shawn Pompelia as market president of Northern Mahoning Valley.
To manage continued commercial growth in new and existing markets, Farmers said it has implemented regional commercial credit teams. Patrick Renner will oversee the regional leaders as the chief commercial credit officer. Farmers has also named Jon Dunn as regional credit officer of the Mahoning Valley and Columbiana County and Michael Lipke as regional credit officer of Canton and Cleveland. Rick White will continue serving as regional credit officer of Wayne and Medina counties.

Each market president possesses an understanding of the niches and nuances of the communities they serve.”
As Farmers footprint has expanded throughout Pennsylvania following the closing of an acquisition, the bank has added staff throughout the state to lead lines of business such as private bank, treasury management and commercial lending. William Marsh, who served as chairman, president and CEO of Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, will now act as senior vice president, market president – Pennsylvania. Robert Vernick will serve as senior vice president, commercial banking team leader and market president in western Pennsylvania, and Eric Gantz will serve as regional credit officer of Pennsylvania.
William Garvey has joined Farmers National Bank as senior vice president, private banking and wealth management team leader. Jennifer Jacob has been named to the position of vice president, treasury relationship manager.
