Farmers Bank Names Begalla Director of Marketing

CANFIELD, Ohio – Farmers National Bank has appointed Julianna Begalla as its director of marketing.

Begalla joined Farmers in 2022 through the merger with Cortland Bank. In her role at Cortland, she served as the vice president/marketing, communications and investor relations officer. During this time, she was responsible for developing and executing the bank’s marketing strategies. Before joining Cortland Bank, she was resource development and marketing manager at United Way of Trumbull County.

Begalla, a resident of Cortland, is an alumni of Youngstown State University. She serves on the United Way of Trumbull County Women United committee and on the Fairhaven Foundation Board of Directors. Begalla served on the board of the American Heart Association. She was also recognized as a Mahoning Valley Young Professional’s 25 under 35 in 2019.

In her new role, Begalla will oversee the marketing department and work with Farmers’ chief retail and marketing officer, Amber Wallace, on branding strategies and marketing initiatives that support Farmers growth.

The skill set she brings to the table will help broaden our impact across all markets.
