Farmers National Bank Declares 11-Cent Dividend

CANFIELD, Ohio – Farmers National Banc Corp. has declared an 11-cent quarterly cash dividend.

The common stock cash dividend will payable to shareholders Sept. 30.

In the second quarter, Farmers National Banc Corp., the parents company of Farmers National Bank, reported net income of $11 million, marking 150 consecutive quarters of profitability.

During the coronavirus pandemic, Farmers has provided nearly $133 million in relief to clients, including deferred payments on real estate, commercial and consumer loans. The bank also offered Paycheck Protection Program loans, totaling $199.1 million as of June 30.

At the end of the second quarter, Farmers reported $2.885 billion in assets.
