Farmers Wins 4th Consecutive Raymond James Cup
CANFIELD, Ohio — For the fourth year straight, Farmers National Banc Corp. is one of 25 banks in the country to receive the 2020 Raymond James Community Bankers Cup.
The parent of Farmers National Bank placed 11th in the rankings, improving from its 22nd spot in 2019, according to a press release.
“After our record breaking performance in 2020, it’s an incredible achievement to be recognized for a fourth year in a row with the Community Bankers Cup from Raymond James,” Farmers President and CEO Kevin Helmick said in a release. “At Farmers, we have a culture of high performance and our Associates deliver by bringing their ‘A’ game each and every day for our customers, shareholders and communities.”
This is the ninth year for the Bankers Cup, for which Raymond James Financial Inc. evaluates the profitability, operational efficiency and balance sheet metrics of every exchange-traded bank in America with assets between $500 million and $10 billion. Of the 241 banks nationwide that qualified, 25 were named Bankers Cup winners.
