Fate of Lordstown Project to be Considered at Meeting Tonight

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Tonight the Lordstown Public Affairs Commission will decide on a service agreement that could determine if the $1.1 billion Trumbull Energy Center will begin construction later this month.
