On Monday we learned how to make a mojito with bartender Paul Lettau at the Speakeasy. Tuesday we learned how to make a sazerac with Jordi Dando and Jeff Kurz from Ryes. Barrel 33 owner Mark Rhodes showed us how to smoke a bourbon on Wednesday. Lettau crafted a perfect Manhattan for us Thursday. And today we’ll go back at Ryes to learn how to concoct a cocktail called the Southside. Look for that post in a Facebook post that goes up at 5 p.m. – cocktail hour!
