Fields Joins Homes Savings as VP, Community Development Officer
Lee Fields has joined Home Savings Bank as vice president, community development officer, serving the Youngstown, Cleveland and Akron markets. Before joining Home Savings, Fields was vice president, community development manager, for a community bank based in Lakewood. In his new role, he will promote the bank’s community development initiatives by identifying lending and other business development opportunities while focusing on key aspects of the Bank’s CRA program within the communities served.. Fields earned a B.S. in marketing from the University of Toledo. He is president of the 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland Inc. In addition, he has served on the board of directors for the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization. He was a member of the loan adviser committee for the Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland. In 2019, Fields earned the Distinguished Achievement Award presented by the Union Miles Development Corp. for his outstanding contributions to community development projects and revitalization initiatives within the Union Miles service area. He was recognized in 2016 as a Who’s Who in Black Cleveland honoree. He resides in University Heights.
