First National Again Ranked One of World’s Best Banks by Forbes
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – First National Bank, a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., was ranked one of the World’s Best Banks by Forbes.
It was First National Bank’s third straight appearance on the list, which includes 75 banks in the U.S. and 415 banks worldwide.
The rankings are based entirely on consumer feedback and are compiled by Forbes and its research partner, Statista. More than 48,000 customers were surveyed in 32 countries. Consumers were asked to rate their current or former bank on overall satisfaction and recommendation, as well as trust, terms and conditions, customer services, digital services and financial advice.
“We appreciate the feedback that Forbes obtained from banking industry clients, especially because it validates our ongoing commitment to do what is right by our customers,” said Vincent J. Delie Jr., chairman, president and CEO of F.N.B. Corp. and First National Bank. “Our use of technology, data and digital tools supports our continued focus on delivering a superior banking experience. By making it easier for clients to engage with us when it best fits their schedule, we add trust and confidence to the banking relationship.”
Also this year, First National Bank was selected as a Celent Model Bank for Omnichannel Retail Delivery, one of America’s Best Banks by Forbes and a Top Workplace USA by Energage. It also was a Greenwich Excellence Award winner.
