Flashback Minis: 1912 Sled

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio– The sled featured in this video is just one of several on display inside Arms Family Museum’s solarium.

It was built in 1912 by Edward Steadman, an Irish immigrant who came to the U.S. in 1881 and worked in the iron and steel industry for many years.

Memories of Christmas Past at the Arms Family Museum is open now through Dec. 31. Hours are Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.. Special Twilight Thursday hours are from noon to 7 p.m..
