Flashback Minis: William McKinley’s Souvenir Album from Junction City, Kansas
NILES, Ohio– The National McKinley Birthplace Memorial Museum recently added some new items to its collection. One of those items is a leather-bound souvenir album given to President William McKinley when he visited Junction City, Kansas in 1901.
Inside the album are photos of the city, Fort Riley and portraits of veterans of the Civil War.
McKinley was born in Niles.
