FNB Declares 12-Cent Cash Dividend
PITTSBURGH – F.N.B. Corp., holding company of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, announced Wednesday that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per common share.
The dividend is payable March 15 to shareholders of record March 5.
F.N.B. has total assets of more than $33 billion, and operates more than 400 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
On Jan. 22, F.N.B. Corp. reported it had a fourth-quarter net income of $98.11 million, or 30 cents per diluted common share, and full-year 2018 net income of $364.81 million, or $1.12 per share.
