FNB Named a Top Pittsburgh Area Workplace
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – First National Bank has been named as a Pittsburgh Top Workplace for the ninth consecutive year.
As the largest subsidiary of the F.N.B Corp. with more than 400 employees, FNB was placed in the large-sized company category by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in its annual rankings of workplaces. Positions on the list were determined by employee feedback and compiled by an independent research firm. FNB also received the Managers Award as the No. 1 workplace for employees who feel their managers help them learn and grow.
“Our employees are and will continue to be FNB’s most important assets,” said Vincent J. Delie, chairman, president and CEO of the F.N.B Corp., in a statement. “Being named a leading workplace enables us to recruit and retain talented leaders who value a strong and diverse work culture.”
FNB has assets of $34 billion and approximately 380 banking offices throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Its market coverage spans several major metropolitan areas such as Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Cleveland and Washington, D.C.
The Top Workplace list is administered independently by Energage, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. FNB was named a 2019 Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania honoree by the Pittsburgh Business Times, marking nine consecutive years on the publication’s list.
