Former Boardman BP Site Sells for $1.25M
BOARDMAN, Ohio — The site of the former BP gas station at 1090 Boardman Poland Rd. has been sold to an Indianapolis-based entity for $1.25 million.
ECC Youngstown LLC purchased the site June 17, according to documents from the Mahoning County Auditor website. ECC Youngstown’s address is listed at 841 64th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. The BP site was listed by Platz Realty Group.
The previous owner, Xpress Fuel Properties LLC, purchased the property in 2012 for $560,000.
ECC intends to build a commercial structure on the site according to documents from the auditor’s office.
Documents also list the current value of the property at $630,810 for tax purposes.
