Forward Lawrence to Present Impact Awards on Sept. 15

NEW CASTLE, Pa. – Forward Lawrence will honor five companies and two individuals at this year’s Impact Awards luncheon.

The companies that will receive Impact Awards are Classi-Co Foods/Pizza Joe’s, Avalon Field Club at New Castle, Bruce & Merrilees Electric Co., New Castle Playhouse and Pyrotecnico.

Justin Kirkwood, operations analyst, associate at UPMC Health Plan and a member of the Laurel School Board from 2011-2023, will receive the Sam B. Biasucci Leadership Award for Board Service.

Kimberly Koller-Jones, executive director of Arts & Education at the Hoyt, will receive the Robert Del Signore Award for Leadership in Public Service.

The event, which is open to the public, will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 15 at Medure’s Catering, 2500 New Butler Road. Tickets, program ads and sponsorships are currently on sale. Register HERE by Sept. 1.
