Foundation Program LIFTs People Up; 2024 Walk of Fame Inductees

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The LIFT (Lifting Individuals for the Trades) program, started in March 2020, was developed to help unemployed and underemployed people overcome financial barriers that prevent them from getting training in the trades.
