Future Commerce Park Looks to Attract Outside Business

NORTH JACKSON, Ohio – A groundbreaking ceremony took place on 45 acres of land that will be the home of the North Jackson Commerce Park.

Phase one of the project will focus on clearing the land and infrastructure of the road leading into the park, and then an 80,000-square-foot building with 32-foot-high ceilings will be move-in ready by the end of 2024.

“There’s not a lot of class A spec building space in the Mahoning Valley,” says Greg Toporcer, developer of the North Jackson Commerce Park. “We’re trying to attract regional [and] national companies to move into this area to bring jobs and additional tax revenue into this area.”
