Gervasi Vineyard Renovates Bistro Restaurant

CANTON, Ohio – The Bistro, a restaurant at Gervasi Vineyard and Resort, has reopened after a renovation. Its new look combines modern elegance with the charm of the vineyard’s surroundings.

The interior design has been refreshed with contemporary aesthetics, according to a press release.

Enhancements include updated furniture and light fixtures, commissioned artwork, custom velvet curtains and a new host stand.

The restrooms were remodeled with new vanities, countertops, sinks, artwork and flooring. The wooden flooring in the restaurant was also replaced.

“The Bistro has always been the cornerstone to the property, and it is our commitment to provide an exceptional guest experience in our upscale Italian restaurant,” said Scott Swaldo, CEO and general manager for Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa.
