Gibson Agency to Host Annual Community Appreciation Event
GIRARD, Ohio – July 28 will be a day of giving back at The Gibson Insurance Agency.
The annual Community Appreciation Day will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at the agency’s offices, 984 Tibbetts-Wick Road.
The event, which is open to the public, will feature giveaways and food provided by the agency from local food trucks and vendors, including Witch City Tacos and Sweet Sips.
Guests are asked to bring a nonperishable donation for Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley. The most needed items are peanut butter, cereal, tuna fish, canned vegetables, canned fruit and dry pasta, according to a news release.
Those who are unable to attend the event but would still like to make a donation to Second Harvest can drop off items at Gibson’s offices from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday until July 28.
