Gilbert’s Risk Solutions Restructures

SHARON, Pa. – In 2018, Gilbert’s Risk Solutions restructured its operations. “This initiative was designed to increase levels of service and provide unique value that assists clients in improving business operations and profitability,” says Stephen Kelleher, director of business development.

Gilbert’s added the director of business development position to improve sales processes, grow and train the producer team and increase the company’s value as business risk advisers.

Gilbert’s also added high value, strategic human resource consulting and developed a new marketing team to create fresh content.

Gilbert’s adopts the latest technology in sales and marketing to keep clients informed of trends and important information, Kelleher says. And it provides clients, at no cost, a robust online employee onboarding and benefits management software solution to streamline HR processes.

“Gilbert’s maintains a strong focus on the betterment of our community with consistent commitment to volunteerism and charitable support to over 25 organizations in the Shenango Valley,” Kelleher says.
