Grace Woods Village Property Sold for $3M
NILES, Ohio — A Zanesville-based limited liability corporation has purchased the Grace Woods Village property at 1800 Gracewoods Drive for $3.04 million. Grace Woods Village, an assisted living facility, is the sole tenant.
The buyer, Grace Woods Assisted Living of Niles Propco LLC, was incorporated Sept. 2, 2021, according to state records. The company lists an address in Zanesville for property tax purposes. The sale closed Jan. 10.
In March 2017, the previous owner, Grace Woods Niles Realty LLC, paid $2,664,500 to buy the property.
The senior care facility at 1800 Gracewoods Drive was built in 1990. It spans 22,149 square feet and sits on a 2.78-acre lot, according to Loopnet.
