Greg Smith Reflects on Father’s Legacy

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Greg Smith joined Compco full time in July 1988. Today, he’s chairman of the board and, like his father, serves as a mentor to colleagues, various small businesses and numerous associates in the community.

Clarence R. Smith Jr. died in 2021 at age 92. His legacy and lessons remain.
