BOARDMAN, Ohio — Kutlick Realty continued to bring redevelopment and growth to Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties in 2016.
The company brought Taco Bell to the northeast corner of South Avenue and Western Reserve Road at I-680. This is a growing restaurant, medical, office and retail area where two outparcels remain for redevelopment, says broker Bill Kutlick.
Kutlick Realty sold several buildings in Boardman including the former USI building at 8561 Market St by Western Reserve Rd and the Your Home building on Boardman Poland Road, which is available for lease.
In Trumbull County, Kutlick helped Youngstown Orthopaedic Associates open a new office in Harvard Commons in Howland. Also notable, Kutlick sold several office properties in Boardman and Cortland and a medical office in Salem.
The Boardman area continues to attract new retail and restaurants such as BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse and Panda Express, Kutlick says. Several companies also updated or remodeled their stores, including Arby’s on Boardman-Canfield Road and the relocation of Valvoline to South Avenue.
The former Master Park plaza on Boardman Canfield Road was renovated in 2016. New tenants include a salon, a finance company and a restaurant new to the area.
