Hanigosky, Grdic, Baker Join First Commonwealth Bank
INDIANA, Pa. – Jennifer Hanigosky, Jeff Grdic and Denise Baker have joined the mortgage loan team at First Commonwealth Bank. Their geographic area will include northeastern Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania.
Hanigosky will serve as area mortgage sales manager and has more than 20 years of experience in the new construction and home-buying process. She is a graduate of Boardman High School and Youngstown State University. Hanigosky is actively involved in the Salvation Army Community Meals program, the United Way-Day of Caring Food Distribution and is a committee member of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors.
Grdic, senior mortgage loan originator, is a fifth generation mortgage loan banker, with more than 20 years of expertise in customer-focused lending. He graduated from Boardman High School and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He serves on the finance committee of the Canfield Presbyterian Church and has previously served on the board of directors for both the Boys & Girls Club of Youngstown, and the Mahoning Valley Historical Society. He also has served a multitude of roles with the United Way and is a previous recipient of the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals “40 under 40” award.
Baker, senior mortgage loan originator, has worked in the mortgage industry for 25 years,and is well-versed in Conventional, Portfolio, FHA, USDA, VA and Construction loans. She graduated from East Palestine High School and Duffs Business Institute of Pittsburgh. She is a resident of Columbiana County and is a member of Leadership Columbiana County and is involved with the Rescue Mission of Mahoning County.
