Harris Named Director of Bands at Thiel College
Brian Harris is the new director of bands at Thiel College in Greenville, Pa. As such, he will direct the college’s Tomcat Marching Pride and its Concert Band. Harris comes to Thiel from the Shenandoah University Conservatory of Music in Winchester, Virginia, where he was the assistant concert band director. He earned a B.S. in music education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and master’s degree in music performance from Youngstown State University. Harris is pursuing a doctorate in musical arts performance at Shenandoah University.
