Harvest for Hunger Campaign Kicks Off Friday
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley’s 33rd annual Harvest for Hunger campaign will get underway Friday and run through May.
The food and funds drive takes place every year to help restock the food bank’s shelves for the spring and summer months. Last year, the campaign raised more than $500,000 and collected nearly 18,000 pounds of food, a news release states.
