HBK CPAs Earn Certified Exit Planning Designation

Two certified public accountants with HBK CPAs & Consultants, Joseph C. Ledford (pictured) and Keith A. Veres, have earned the designation as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor from the Exit Planning Institute. The designations were awarded upon their successful completion of an executive MBA-style program that involves 100 hours of pre-course study, 30 hours of classroom instruction and a three-hour proctored exam. Ledford is principal-in-charge of the firm’s northwest Pennsylvania region and works from HBK’s Meadville, Pa., office. He has been with the firm since 1986. Veres is a principal in the Fort Myers, Fla., office and is the firm’s director of corporate finance. He began his accounting career with HBK in 1991.”Both principals are well-known throughout the firm for leading by example,” says Christopher M.
