HBK Names Bryarly, Kimble, Odille, Walston Principals

CANFIELD, Ohio – HBK CPAs and Consultants has promoted eight of its employees to principal, or partner, four of them here: Todd F. Bryarly, Kenneth L. Kimble, Nicholas R. Odille and Michael E. Walston.

HBK also has offices in Pittsburgh and Hermitage, Pa., Naples and Fort Myers, Fla., and Lawrenceville, N.J.

Bryarly, who holds the designations CFA, ASA, CBA and CFP as well as CPA, joined HBK in 2012. He is president of the Mahoning Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council and lives in New Middletown.

Kimble joined HBK in 1996 and has served as engagement manager on audits and reviews of large clients. He is a past president of Kiwanis Club of Warren and sits on the board of Catholic Charities and the grievance committee of the Trumbull County Bar Association. He lives in Austintown.

Nicholas R. Odille earned his MBA at Youngstown State University where he is a member of the Penguin Club. He also belongs to the Builders Association of Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania and the American Institute and Ohio Society of CPAs. Odille, a member and past president of the Warren Rotary, lives in Warren.

Walston, who joined the Hermitage office of HBK three years ago, focuses on tax compliance, more specifically, he leads the firm’s efforts in ensuring that its clients comply with the Affordable Care Act. He lives in West Middlesex, Pa.
