HBK’s Vertilocity Merges with Relevant CRM
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Vertilocity announced Thursday it has entered into a definitive merger agreement.
The HBK managed service provider will be entering the agreement with Relevant CRM – a company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.
Relevant CRM has been providing business solutions in marketing, sales, quote automation and customer relationship management since 1997.

Relevant sells, implements, trains and supports its clients on its core software products, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform. Its primary focus has been on the equipment rental and technology solutions sector.

The combined firms will operate as Vertilocity, the product of an Aug. 2021 merger between Vertical Solutions and HBK IT. Offices are in Pittsburgh, Pa.; Holmdel, New Jersey; and Denver, Colorado.
The firm was among the earliest in the field of managed services providers. It specializes in working with healthcare businesses and institutions, offering an array of IT-related services and support.
