HD Davis CPAs Named a Top 10 Employer in Ohio

LIBERTY, Ohio – HD Davis CPAs was recently named one of the 2023 Best Employers in Ohio. 

The company was listed at No. 7 for small/medium-size businesses on Crain’s annual Best Employers in Ohio list, which was created by Best Companies Group in partnership with Crain’s Cleveland Business and Crain’s Content Studio-Cleveland.

This is the second consecutive year HD Davis was ranked in the top 10.

Crain’s statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor Ohio’s best places of employment, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. 

The 2023 Best Employers in Ohio list is made up of 60 companies. 

To be considered for the list, companies had to participate in a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. 

Crain’s noted HD Davis’ dedication to its employees’ well-being and work-life balance by mentioning its healthy lifestyle reimbursement program and flexible work schedule. Crain’s also made note of the company’s family-friendly environment, which allows employees to bring their children to the office.
