HD Davis CPAs Named to Best Employers List

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – HD Davis CPAs has been named to the Crain’s Cleveland Business’ Best Employers in Ohio list.

The annual list, based on surveys, grades employers on diversity, workplace culture, employee benefits and other factors.

HD Davis CPAs ranked second out of 26 companies in the small/medium-sized employers category.

One of the main reasons for its placement on the list is commitment to health and employee wellness, according to a news release from HD Davis CPAs.

The accounting firm said it offers a healthy lifestyle reimbursement of $500 a year to employees and three free meals a week from the YOFresh Meal service during tax season.

Tim Petrey, managing partner at HD Davis CPAs, said the listing is special to him as the survey was sent to all of his employees and the ranking was based on their responses.

“This is a recognition that is earned by doing the right thing when no one is watching,” Petrey said.
