HD Growth Partners Named a Top 5 Employer in Ohio

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio – HD Growth Partners was recently named one of the 2024 Best Employers in Ohio. 

The company was ranked No. 4 for small/medium-size businesses on the annual list created by Crain’s Cleveland Business in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

HD Growth Partners was also recognized for Excellence in HR by earning the top spot in Employee Experience & Retention.

To be considered for Best Employers in Ohio, companies had to participate in a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
