HD Growth Partners, White Glove Payroll Promote, Add Staff

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio — HD Growth Partners and its sister company, White Glove Payroll, this week announced a number of new hires and employee promotions.

Here is information on each of the employees as provided by the companies:

Hanna Carden is joining the admin team as an administrative assistant. She was previously was a teller at an area credit union. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games or practicing an instrument. She also loves to read and watch movies. Hanna has a chameleon named Rango and she spends a lot of time caring for him.

Melissa Rowbottom is now a supervisor for the A&A team. She has 30 years of accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll experience in government settings and private sector industries. She is very excited to be returning “home” to HD Growth Partners. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband love visiting the locally owned coffee shops .

Harmony Offenburg graduates in May with her B.S.B.A. with minors in biology and nonprofit management. In her free time, she loves to travel with her husband and their two dogs, spend time spoiling her nieces and nephews, and coaches volleyball. Harmony also enjoys crafting such as sewing headbands and dog bandanas.

Mamadou Diaby has joined HD Growth Partners as an audit team supervisor. He graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a B.A. in accounting and attended Strayer University for his M.S. in accounting and MBA with a concentration in information system management. Mamadou enjoys his time outside of work listening to podcasts, spending time with his two sons, and socializing with friends. He is a member of Alpha Chi and Golden Key International.

Ravi Teja hails from Hyderabad, India. He brings seven years of professional expertise in accounting, bookkeeping and audit, spanning both private sector and government domains, with a notable specialization in not-for-profit accounting. Outside of his professional pursuits, he indulges in a variety of interests including cricket, hiking, travel, and cinema. He is also passionate about exploring diverse locales and immersing himself in rich cultural experiences.

Sonya Word is joining the White Glove Payroll team as a senior payroll concierge. She is currently a stay-at-home pet mom as her two sons have already embarked on their lives. Sonya is also an avid reader, crocheter and gardener and enjoys camping and astronomy.
