Hermitage-Native Pursel Joins Matune Basile Advisors
HERMITAGE, Pa. – Matune Basile Advisors recently announced the appointment of Andrew C. Pursel as vice president and financial adviser.
In a dual homecoming of sorts, Pursel, a native of Hermitage and graduate of Hickory High School, rejoins Matune Basile where he interned during his college years.
Pursel graduated magna cum laude from Robert Morris University in 2018. He worked as a financial planner in Beaver County, Pa. while also earning his Series 65 to become a fully licensed adviser.
“We’re very excited to have Andrew re-joining us for a variety of reasons,” says John Matune, principal of the firm. “Not only are we glad to grow our firm’s expertise of the modern financial world, but also we are thrilled to be able to do so with local homegrown talent.”
Pursel, who is working towards his chartered financial consultant designation, looks forward to rejoining Matune Basile.
“During my college internship with Matune Basile, I was fortunate to get hands-on, real life experience from two of the best in the business – and I will always be grateful for that opportunity,” he says. “Having the chance to return home – both to Hermitage and Matune Basile – is a tremendous opportunity and I’m very excited to get to work and help our clients realize their financial goals.”
