HHM Lawyer Martynyszyn Now Licensed to Practice in Florida

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell recently announced that John R. Martynyszyn, a lawyer at the firm, has been licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

Martynyszyn will now be able to assist clients with real estate matters, business transactions, business litigation and other legal matters in the Sunshine State.

He is one of several HHM lawyers with licenses to practice in a state other than Ohio.

“We encourage our lawyers to broaden the scope of their practices because it expands the capabilities of the firm,” says Kevin P. Murphy, chair of HHM’s management committee. “Many Ohio companies and individuals have business interests in Florida, including several of our clients.”

Martynyszyn joined the firm in October 2022. He focuses primarily on business transactions, real estate law and business litigation. He is a graduate of the Capital University Law School and earned a bachelor degree from Ohio University’s College of Business. He lives in Howland and also spends time in Florida.
