Hidden Village in Warren Sold to Utah Buyer for $2.3M

WARREN, Ohio — A Utah-based LLC has purchased the Hidden Village Townhomes complex at 600 Commerce Ave. NW.

According to documents from the Trumbull County Auditor website, 600 Commerce LLC of Salt Lake City closed on the property Aug. 17 for $2.3 million. The company purchased the property from B C Assests LLC, which took over ownership from Birdevinder Cheba in July 2017.

600 Commerce LLC was incorporated in Utah in May according to a state website. The Ohio Secretary of State website lists 600 Commerce LLC as incorporated in the Buckeye State in June 2021. Bill Havre of North Canton is listed as the agent/registrant.

Built in 1973, the multi-resident building features two- and three-bedroom floor plans, according to its website.
