Hierro Named Chairman of YSU Foundation Board

Frank Hierro, executive vice president and Mahoning Valley regional president for Premier Bank has been appointed chairman of the Youngstown State University Foundation Board of Trustees.

Hierro, who has 40 years of banking industry experience, is a business and finance graduate of Youngstown State University.

His tenure on the YSU Foundation board began in 2001.
