High School Students Compete in 15th JA Titan Competition

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Junior Achievement of Eastern Ohio held its 15th annual JA Titan competition at the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University.

Twenty-four teams representing nine high schools across four counties competed for scholarships and consolation prizes.

“What we want our students to walk away with is a business acumen of how a company is run,” says Michele Murkel, president of Junior Achievement of Eastern Ohio. “They’re making everyday business decisions that a business person that runs a business does.”
