Hionas Comes Home to Rejoin Coldwell Banker EvenBay

WARREN, Ohio  – Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate welcomes Katie Hionas to its team of real estate professionals. 

Hionas was born and raised in the Mahoning Valley. She fell in love with real estate when she was a little girl after house hunting with her family. As she grew up, she continued to imagine what life would be like as a real estate professional.

In 2017, her dream came true when she received her real estate license.

Hionas recently moved home from California to start a family. This led her back to selling real estate with Coldwell Banker EvenBay, where she was an agent before moving to California. Topics of conversation with Katie can include real estate (of course), family, babies, California, skateboarding, birds and dogs.
