Holko Enercon Keeps Pace with Shortages

FOWLER – 2022 saw Holko Enercon Roofing Solutions squeak out a modest rise in revenue over 2021, while net profits rose accordingly.

The outlook heading into 2023, the company’s 46th year, appears to be favorable with a healthy backlog of work under contract, according to co-owner Vince Holko.

“Supply chain issues and delayed product deliveries spilled over from 2021 into 2022, forcing us ito closely monitor and timeline projects to make best of an erratic situation and keep things moving along,” he says.

While the company could work around material shortages, the labor shortage was a even larger issue. “Not being able to keep multiple projects fully staffed and operating at efficient levels contributed to slow growth,” Holko says.

Still, Holko Enercon again received the Elite Master Contractor award from Duro-Last Roofing Inc.

“This is a testament to the outstanding level of workmanship and service Holko Enercon consistently strives to provide. And it is the direct result of the dedication of our outstanding field supervisors and technicians to install only a top-tier finished product for our customers,” Holko says.
