Home Buyers: Stay Ahead of the Game

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this episode of The Real T, Frank Clinton from Howard Hanna Real Estate Services joins host Abby Masluk to discuss the state of the local real estate market.

Clinton – the man behind the “Bam! Frank Sold Another One” signs seen in area front yards – says homes are selling quickly in what is currently a strong seller’s market. 

“Sellers are dictating the process because there aren’t a lot of homes to sell, and that’s driving the values up,” he says. “Buyers have to be very proactive and look at homes quickly, or they’re gone.” 

He also shares tips for buyers to stay ahead of the game, including a tool offered by Howard Hanna that alerts users as soon as a new home goes on the market.
