Home Savings Donates $10K to Cardinal Mooney

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — A $10,000 donation from Home Savings will be put toward furniture upgrades and facilities improvements at Cardinal Mooney High School, including Hughes Hall, the school’s library, media and resource center.

“These improvements will enhance programming opportunities and student life as Hughes Hall is a central activity arena for the school’s Distance Learning, Independent Study and academic pursuits,” said Mark Oles, Cardinal Mooney High School president. “It is important to us that we allow the school to position itself to continue to provide a quality Catholic education to our students and to remain a viable option for parents.”

“We are so proud to support Cardinal Mooney High School in their efforts to allow their students to achieve personal excellence, so that they in turn can serve the larger community,” said Trish Gelsomino, Home Savings. “Working together we can truly make a difference.”
