Gina Vicarel has joined Home Savings with the title of recruitment administrator. Vicarel brings with her more than 10 years of recruiting experience. Before joining Home Savings, she was a staffing/HR consultant for an employment and recruitment agency. Her new responsibilities include recruitment for open positions throughout the bank, serving as a liaison to universities and community organizations, developing and maintaining talent pipelines for the various lines of business and assisting with the onboarding process for new employees. Vicarel earned a B.S. in B.A. from Youngstown State  University. She is an active member of the Youngstown Business and Professional Women Club.
